N.A.D.S supports home-care agencies with registered-nurse assessments, delegation and the follow-through that keeps clients safe and files complete.
Agencies rely on a nurse to see the whole picture: the client at home, the caregiver at the bedside, and the paperwork that has to reflect both. N.A.D.S was built to be that nurse — a single, accountable clinical partner rather than a rotating cast.
Delegation is taught hands-on, assessments are done in the home, and skin observation assessments are documented at every visit. Billing is transparent: each task, date and unit is recorded as it happens and rolled up into a monthly invoice by agency.
